Consultation and History
We offer a no-obligation Case Review to first see if your case is suitable for Chiropractic care. We will perform a detailed history, asking lots of questions about your current pain, problems, health issues, and learn of any old injuries.
If we find we can help your case, we will continue with a detailed examination and Nervous System Analysis.
Examination

A series of extensive testing will allow us to analyse and evaluate your current health and condition. These include:
Spinal Palpation
Your Doctor will feel and assess the alignment and movement of your entire spine, shoulders, and any other suspected areas of dysfunction.
Range-of-Motion Testing
To determine loss of normal movement and dysfunction.
Orthopaedic Testing
To determine proper diagnosis and rule-in rule-out clinical findings.
Posture Photo Analysis
Posture is often said to be “the window to the spine”, as a misaligned spine can often create obvious visual distortions.
CORE-Score (Nervous System Analysis)
The CORE score is a validated, peer reviewed technology that a practitioner and patient can trust and rely upon to report on the individual’s neurology and stress.

Nervous System Analysis
The CORE score uses the data achieved through 3 major tests of neural efficiency:

Heart Rate Variability
The full neural efficiency score that is collected gives our Doctor’s an accurate picture of how the individual is impacted by chronic stress. This score (0-100) equates to the level of stress adaptation the individual is experiencing at that moment.

This testing procedure will also help to direct the doctor as to where the major stressors are being stored and how the neural spinal stress is impacting the individual’s health.
Spinal X-Rays

In many cases, Spinal X-Rays are critical in determining the extent of health loss, and to create a care program to get you recovering quickly. This will allow us to confirm an accurate diagnosis and allow us to create a safe and effective care plan. If your case requires X-Rays, we will send you to a nearby facility.
Report of Findings

During your report of findings we will explain your diagnosis, your spinal health condition, and how Chiropractic can help you. Afterwards, we will discuss your care plan, and answer questions like how many adjustments you need, the exercises required, and the cost involved.
Thereafter, we will proceed with your first adjustment. Most people will feel much more relaxed and loose as the body has less nerve irritation. Consecutive adjustments are generally recommended to build up your momentum of healing. For more information, contact us on WhatsApp at +65 8830 9420

Follow Up Visits:
After your first visit, report of findings, and first adjustment, a recommendation of care for your case will be given.

At Align Chiropractic, we care about closely monitoring your progression, and as such we set aside 30 minute review sessions every 10-12 visits. These are inclusive to your care program.

At these review sessions, we will:

Re-test your CORE-Score scan for improvement

Discuss your symptom progression

Alter your prescribed exercises, F.R.C. program, and muscle release work
These review sessions are designed to closely monitor your health progression and modify your care to relieve symptoms faster improve your overall nervous system health.​
